The American southpaw Jason Bergman believes New Zealand Samoan boxer Joseph Parker is in for a tough night in the 'Rumble in Paradise' fight in Apia this weekend.

The 31 year old's record stands at 25-11-2 but he's won 16 of his last 18 fights.

He has been labelled a journeyman, but the Pittsburgh native believes that's not quite fair.

"I definitely think he should have prepared more than three or four weeks for me.

[I'm] not being cocky. I don't believe it's going to be an easy night for him. The boxing world has not got a chance to see what I'm really capable of doing. I think I'll be awkward for him just naturally - it will be an easy night of work for myself".

Saturday's bout will be Joseph Parker's sixth in as many months, with his record currently standing at 17-0.
