66-year-old Mr Inos died in a Seattle hospital last week from apparent complications with diabetes.

According to his family's wishes, the remains of the late governor will instead be open for public viewing on the 12th of January, shortly before his burial.

His body will return to the territory on Friday, ahead of a service for family, off-island dignitaries, cabinet members, and government officials on Monday.
