Krishna is unavailable as his Wellington Phoenix is playing the Central Coast Mariners on Sunday.

The two-legged Vanuatu fixture is the beginning of the build-up towards the 2016 Olympics which Fiji will play in for the first time.

Krishna says there is a lot of talent in the Fiji squad, particularly up front. .

"There is a lot of talent out there so, really, it's about challenging more. I think these Fiji-based players, yeah, they play in the local teams there so, you know, they're really pulling and make it hard for me to get in the squad so it's a good challenge for me personally so I'm looking forward to it."

Krishna will be available for the return match on Tuesday in Port Vila.
