The side named includes two new caps with Samoa including No 8 Vavae Tuilagi who will join his brother and skipper Alesana Tuilagi in the run-on side.
Vavae Tuilagi will become the fifth Tuilagi brother to represent Samoa, and the sixth of the Tuilagi bloodline to play international Test rugby.
The other cap is Hurricanes hooker Motu Matu'u.
Coach Stephen Betham says the side reflects the coaching team's commitment to give a group of players more game time and the opportunity to step up to Test rugby.
