Governor Lolo Moliga said last month the administration was considering reducing work hours if finances don't improve.

He says they are focusing on getting reimbursements from the federal government and shoring up revenue collection which has now improved.

Lolo says finances are still critical but are not at a point where a reduction in hours is warranted.
