Oceania Tennis admit the pressure is on to find the funding for the Davis and Fed Cup teams for Pacific Oceania in 2016.

The men's Davis Cup team won promotion to Asia/Oceania Zone Group Three at the weekend, arresting two years of back to back relegations.

Meanwhile the women's Fed Cup team finished fifth of eleven teams in Group Two, having returned to competition for the first time since 2004.

The Vice President of Oceania Tennis, Cyrille Mainguy, says the success of both teams means it's even more important they find new ways of raising money.

"That's really the hard part and I think us at the OTF level we've been discussing and really need to find hopefully sponsorship for the two teams, because I think these are

the best players in Oceania and representing all the island nations it's an awesome marketing sell but we will need to work really hard at the OTF level to be able to fund two teams."
