The Fiji sevens team has no plans to let up at this weekend's Tokyo Sevens.

Fiji have won the past two Cup titles in Las Vegas and Hong Kong, closing the gap on series leaders South Africa to just two points, with three rounds remaining.

Head coach Ben Ryan says he wants to see improvement in their defence and decision making at crucial times, and says the squad is motivated to keep winning.

"Back to back tournament wins is great but we want a pure back-to-back - consecutive weekends. It really tests out the mental fortitude of the boys to carry on where they left off. We're on a 14 game winning run now and we want to do everything to really attack that and keep that extending to beyond that. We know a good tournament this weekend can do wonders for all sorts of things: qualification, which we are almost there for now, and also trying to push hard at the top of the table. We are, after all, the in-form side and we want to continue to progress and get better."

Fiji are in the same pool as Wales, England and Hong Kong, while Samoa have been drawn alongside Argentina, France and Japan.
