Tonga suffered a last-gasp loss in their first match of the Australian National Under 20s Rugby Championship.
Playing against the Australian Barbarians in Canberra, the Kingdom conceded a try in the final play of the game to go down 40-36.
Tonga have a chance to bounce back on Saturday against defending champions New South Wales.
