More than 30 officers have taken part in one of the largest police raids in American Samoan history as part of investigations into multiple shootings last year.
The raid of the Aute Sports Bar is connected to the two shootings of the Leone substation in November and a second shooting which injured a police officer in December.
Two defendants were charged last week in connection with the drive-by shooting of the substation but it's understood that two more were still at large before the raid.
After the raid 16 men, most of them be in their teens or early 20s, were taken in for questioning.
