Papua New Guinea police say they won't be commenting on suspects in relation to the death of an Iranian asylum seeker on Manus Island.
Two local men have recently been charged over the murder of Reza Berati who was allegedly beaten to death inside the Australian-run asylum seeker processing centre in February.
Earlier the police said they were still looking for two foreigners and a local man over the killing but now say they won't be making any further statements until the investigation is complete.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Australia's immigration minister Scott Morrison previously said the only foreign guard implicated by multiple witnesses was a New Zealander.
Mr Morrison made the comment after releasing an independent report into the death.
