The former Fiji rugby international Rupeni Caucaunibuca is on the verge of a return to French club Agen.
The 34 year old played for Northland in last year's New Zealand provincial championship and previously played for The ProD2 club between 2004 and 2010.
The club tweeted last week Caucaunibuca would be back subject to a medical test.
