Fiji and Samoa opened their Pacific Netball Series with wins in Rarotonga yesterday.
Fiji, the four time defending champions beat the Cook Islands 58-36, while Samoa beat Papua New Guinea 29-22.
Each team will play six games across six days with the top two qualifying for next year's World Cup in Sydney.
