Anthony Perenise and Keni Pisi have been called into the Manu Samoa squad ahead of this weekend's match against the French Barbarians.
The 31 year-old Perenise has 14 test caps for Samoa, with his most recent appearance coming at the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
He replaces the injured Census Johnston.
Ken Pisi replaces older brother George, who was handed a six week ban for a dangerous tackle on Ireland wing Tommy Bowe at the weekend.
