Papua New Guinea begins the defence of their Asia Pacific Women's Sevens title, which kicks off in Borneo on Friday.
PNG has been drawn in Pool A with China, Thailand, Hong Kong and Korea, while fellow Oceania representative Australia will meet Kazakhstan, Japan, Chinese Taipei and Singapore.
The three-day tournament serves as an ideal hit-out ahead of the Asian Women's Sevens Championship in India in October, which will decide the region's qualifiers for next year's World Cup.
