A tuna fishing boat has run aground on the French Polynesian atoll of Rangiroa.
Tahitipresse reports that the authorities issued a statement late on Saturday night to say the vessel, the Irihonu, had hit the reef near the atoll's airport.
Reports say the vessel has suffered no damage to cause a leak, but the crew of four has been forced to abandon the ship.
Rescue services are expected to reach the site the day after tomorrow to try to pull the boat off the reef.
