American Samoa LBJ hospital rejects letter to reinstate workers

American Samoa's LBJ Hospital has rejected a letter from the lawyer of four workers calling for them to be re-instated after they'd resigned last week.

Lawyer Fiti Sunia says his clients' resignations were forced out of them.

He says this blatantly ignores their due process rights as career service employees and wants the hospital to give them jobs back.

But hospital says it's not going to re-instate them.
