Sport: Flying Fijians believe they'll be better for All Black workout

Fiji say their young front row will benefit from Friday's sustained examination against the All Blacks, where they were guilty of conceding a number of penalties.

New Zealand had the Fijian pack under constant pressure with the front row collapsing and being shunted back throughout the eighty minutes.

The Flying Fijians coach Sam Domoni says their front row is still a new combination.

He says they'll continue to work on improving their body shape and individual strength in next months two test series against Tonga.

"There's a few other guys here who we are still putting together, for our tactics and stuff, and the learning process that's going on at the moment. It's a good experience going against the Crusaders front row and we've been watching how they are and how they've been doing but it's a touch and go process with the pushes and shoves but it all comes back to how we want to prepare ourselves with out strength and conditioning and our core body shape, as we were saying earlier, so we'll go back and review the video footage and we'll go from there."
