The Flying Fijians have made 14 changes to his starting line-up for Wednesday's final Pacific Nations Cup clash with Japan in Lautoka.

Ravai Fatiaki is the only survivor from the 36-18 win over Manu Samoa, with Dominiko Waqanioburotu to captain the team in the absence of Deacon Manu.

Team Manager Talemo Waqa says they respect Japan, who are a quality team that likes to throw the ball around.

"We play a similar style, running rugby, and therefore any team on the day can beat each other so we are wary of that. We are working to make sure that we can play to the maximum benefit of our potential, so we are not banking only on the big names or the experienced ones but we are banking on the unity and also the team togetherness that we found last week, especially on our defence."

Tonga lead the Pacific Nations Cup standings with six points from two rounds and play Samoa in the other final round fixture.
