Manu Samoa prop Anthony Perenise has signed a three-year contract with English rugby club Bath.

The 28-year-old tight-head, who currently plays for the Hurricanes Super Rugby side, will join after this year's World Cup.

Bath director of rugby Sir Ian McGeechan says Perenise is an experienced international, who is a very powerful and technically accurate scrummager.

Perenise, who's won seven caps for Samoa, says he's very excited to be joining such a prestigious club and that's he's always harboured an ambition to play in the northern-hemisphere.
