The police in Samoa are hunting for several men alleged to have been involved in the brutal assault of a church minister, who later died in hospital.
Witnesses say the man was assaulted outside a supermarket at Vaoala yesterday where he was left unconscious.
The men who attacked the minister also took his purchases from the store.
In a separate incident, police investigations are continuing in Faleatiu into an attack on a security officer and fellow worker.
Reports say the attackers, two masked men, used a machete in the incident.
