Fiji figures show a substantial increase in visitor numbers last year over 2009.
The Bureau of Statistics says there were 16.5 percent more visitors, raising the figure to a record 630,000 arrivals.
It says 74.8 percent of the total were people arriving for a holiday.
About half the visitors last year were from Australia alone, with a 28 percent increase over the figure of 2009.
Arrivals from New Zealand last year were just short of the 100,000 mark.
