Government workers and private businesses will work together to clean up Samoa's capital on Saturday in preparation for the annual Teuila Festival.
The Samoa Tourism Authority and the National Beautification Committee have organised National Clean Up Day, which'll allocate volunteers to set areas.
The Beautification Committee's secretary Fanaea Natu Taulealo says the cleaning won't take long because there're a lot of participants.
He says they'll clear rubbish from in and around Apia.
"We just clean up the rubbish from around the just the seawall, around all the the town area. Every road around the town area."
