Health department says it has hired Dr. Malouamaua Puleisili Tuiolosega, who returned to the territory from Colorado last week.

Lawmakers from the Manu'a Islands as well as residents had complained that while a new Manu'a Dispensary had been set up but it lacked a permanent doctor.

Dr Tuiolosega is a graduate of the Fiji School of Medicine who later took the US exam to be certified as a doctor.
