Fiji's western towns of Sigatoka, Nadi and Ba remain under curfew as residents struggle to get back on their feet

Fiji Live quotes a police spokesman for the Western division, Wame Bautolu, as saying the curfew will remain for some time particularly as the business community starts cleaning up their properties.

He said police wanted to safeguard their properties until they had been repaired.

The curfew runs from 6pm to 6am.
