Vanuatu's Government is expected to face a vote of no confidence today.
It will be the third attempt to unseat Prime Minister Edward Natapei who was elected just over two months ago.
This latest motion has been placed by Backbenchers from Mr Natapei's own party, the Vanua'aku Pati.
They are reportedly disgruntled after missing out on key appointments in the new administration.
Since the election there have been a series of calls for legislation to restrict opportunities for votes of no confidence.
