The Pacific Islanders rugby union first five Fijian Seremai Bai says if they do the job right against France this weekend, they will come out on top.

The Pacific Islanders are into their second match of their three match European tour and will be looking for a win after their loss to England last weekend.

Bai is based in France and plays for Clermont Auvergne.

He says they'll face a typical French lineup which is physical up front and fast in the backline.

"They've got a young and some experienced players you know it's always hard to play France in France but as you know we've got capable players who can play as well you know as long as we do our jobs individually collectively we'll keep building pressure against France."
