The former prime minister of Solomon Islands, Sir Allan Kemakeza, will be back in court tomorrow (fri) in a case relating to a break-in at a Honiara law firm in 2002.
Earlier this week, the court dismissed a robbery charge against Sir Allan.
Prosecutors have accused the former prime minister of ordering the attack on Honiara law firm Sol Law.
His lawyer now wants the outstanding charges of demanding money with menace, intimidation and larceny to be dropped.
