American Samoa's Governor, Togiola Tulafono, says he is hosting a weekly radio program in order to keep the public well informed.
The government also plans to launch a weekly newsletter later this month.
Togiola said the need for transparency and accountability has always been a part of his vision for good government and the public must be fully and well informed.
The government newsletter will be launched on February 15th and its purpose will be to disseminate government information accurately.
