Six of the seven Miss South Pacific finalists have arrived in Samoa for the contest this weekend.
For the first time the Northern Mariannas have a finalist, who joins representatives from Tonga, Tuvalu, Samoa, Cook Islands and American Samoa.
The organiser Matafeo Matafeo says, Miss Niue will join them in a couple of days, while Miss Tahiti and Miss Ponepehi can't attend because of school exams.
