A criminal investigation is reported to be underway in American Samoa into the conduct of two doctors at the government-owned LBJ Medical Centre.
The newspaper, Samoa News, said the investigation was initiated after separate lawsuits were filed by two couples and an individual.
The paper says the investigation covers a three year period and concerns mis-handling of patients
