Vanuatu's Metereological Service says that it has begun a general public awareness campaign regarding Cyclone Zoe's windspeed and direction.
The service's lead forecaster, William Worwor says that it will upgrade its awareness campaign to advisory warnings within the next 24 hours.
"We're just mentioning the latitude and longitude of the cyclone also the direction of movement and what we're telling them now is that there wont be any threat to any of the islands of Vanuatu during the next 24 hours."
