Trio Pohádka & Friends was founded by Dr Petr Tomek in 2012, to present chamber music to all audiences, help fight cancer and educate audiences about advances in cancer research.
The group of talented chamber musicians also happen to be doctors and medical researchers.

They’ve been raising money for cancer research through their Auckland concerts for some years, but they’re now spreading their wings beyond the city of sails to continue their work in other regions.
The name “pohadka” is Czech for Fairytale..
Trio Pohádka has a concert in Greytown on April the 7th.
