Period instrument ensemble NZ Barok has three concerts coming up in the middle of May in Auckland.
Hark, Sweet Music features music from two well-known Baroque works: Handel's 'Water Music' and Purcell's 'The Fairy Queen'. There'll be a theatrical element as well, with the addition of spoken word and song.
Co-Artistic Director Miranda Hutton talks with Bryan Crump about the concerts, and about her own involvement with period instrument performance.
