Alison Isadora left NZ exactly 30 years ago for study in the Hague, and has been based in Amsterdam ever since. She is performed by many of the finest ensembles in Europe, including the Nederlands Blazers Ensemble, and returns to the Lilburn House to take up the residency 2016-2017. Charlotte Wilson visits her for an introduction that ranges from her background, influences, her performing group SYNC and the tremendous variety of her recent live recordings, to her wall of inspirational women in the study of 22 Ascot St and her thoughts on being home.
