Tonight, Australian conductor and music educator Graham Abbott unwraps the mysteries and magic of Mozart's sublime Clarinet Concerto. The work is played by Paul Dean (clarinet) and the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra.

This autumnally glowing piece of music may well be Mozart's most beloved concerto. Remarkably, written for an instrument which had only recently 'joined' the orchestra. Learn more about the clarinet as we unpick the pinnacle of the clarinet repertoire.

The video is introduced by Marija Naumovska.

Join us for the livestream which begins Thursday 7 May April at 8pm.
