Nighttime is a time of dreams and fantasies. Nighttime has always inspired musicians like Antonio Vivaldi. And Vivaldi is the centerpiece of this concert at the Beethovenfest dreamed up and performed by recorder player Dorothee Oberlinger. Revolving around Vivaldi is a colorful kaleidoscope of night music: stories of cradle songs, ghosts, birds of the night and the holiest of all nights.
