Turmeric, Cashew & Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 C dates (soak for 10mins in boiling water first)
  • ½ C sunflower seeds
  • ½ C pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ C linseeds
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1 C cashew nuts
  • ¾ C desiccated coconut
  • 1-2 T turmeric
  • 3 scoops of protein powder

Method 

  1. In a blender mix together all the ingredients.
  2. If the mixture is too dry add a little bit of water
  3. Roll 1 T of mixture into a ball, then coat in some desiccated coconut.
  4. Makes 12 large balls or 16-18 small balls
