Tuna and White Bean Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 can tuna in oil, drained
  • 1 can cannelini or butter beans, drained
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • 250g cooked pasta (spaghetti, fettucine or penne)

Method

Boil pasta.

Heat olive oil in a frypan. Saute garlic (1 min). Stir in pepper flakes, tuna, beans and pesto. Heat through (3 mins).

Drain pasta and serve.
