Tamarind & Lime Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup soaked (in water overnight) and strained tamarind pulp
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 3 Tbsps of coconut sugar, raw agave or organic maple
  • 1 Tbsp tamari
  • 1 tsp of olive oil


Place the tamarind pulp, coconut sugar and lime juice in a blender and puree until smooth.

Taste for seasoning and add a pinch of salt, if necessary.
