Strawberries, Honey & Mascarpone

  • 2 punnets freshly picked strawberries
  • 1 pottle of mascarpone or sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons runny honey


Choose a lovely long plate, and turn the pottle of mascarpone out of its dish into the centre of the plate.

Make a well in the centre of the mascarpone and tip the honey into the well.

Surround the mascarpone with strawberries. Guests can dip their strawberries into the mixture and eat with their fingers. Sweet!
