Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 190g butter
- 3tsp flour
- 190g dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 3 yolks
- 6tbsp castor sugar
Method
Melt chocolate and butter together.
Whisk the eggs and sugar.
Beat the chocolate and butter mix into the egg mix.
Sift the flour on to the wet mix and fold through.
Pour into 6 coffee cups and bake at 180c for about 12 minutes or until the gloss on top of the pudding dulls to a cooked texture.
