Pesto Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • ½ cup basil pesto
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • handful of chopped basil
  • handful of chopped mint

Method

Marinate the wings in the pesto, vinegar, hot sauce and honey, overnight if possible. Roast at 220°C for 40 minutes. Toss with chopped herbs.
