Miso Marinade Salmon

  • 1 portion of salmon (you can use other oily fish like white warehou or chicken thigh or pork)
  • 1tbsp Misomite (or Miso Paste) If you use Miso Paste then add 1tsp of Honey.
  • 1tsp dry white wine or Sake


Mix Misomite and wine to make it a little runnier.

Rub it on Salmon, then leave over night in the fridge.(you could just leave 1 hour if you don’t have time). Put it in oven, BBQ, or pan fry.
