Juicy Fruit Cake

Dough

  • 300 gr. flour
  • 300 gr sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 10 tablespoons warm water
  • baking powder, rum essence, vanilla essence

Filling

  • bananas, pineapple
  • kliwi, exotic fruits
  • Cream or fondant
  • vanilla cream
  • chocolate cream

Method

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the egg yolks with sugar until becomes foam, add warm water and blend. Add baking powder and essences, finally add the flour. Bake 30-45 min. Make the toothpick test. After baking allow to cool.

Assembling method

Cut the dough in the three pieces and moisten with a syrup made of 300 ml. water and 10 tablespoons sugar, boil and leave to cool, add to rum essence. After dough sheets were moistened, put the creams and fruits between them. Garnish with whipped cream or fondant after taste.
