JSK Deluxe Salad
Ingredients
- a good Iceberg lettuce
- red coral and mescaline mix
- grated carrot
- red onion
- bean sprouts
- brown lentils
- blue peas
- cucumber
- red capsicum
- raw beetroot (grated like the carrot)
- a little apple
- swede
- Chinese radish
- a little lemon juice
- a little good oil
- a little cumin powder and ground cummin seeds
- roasted seed mix
Serve with:
- hummus
- cauliflower a la greche
- a few roasted almonds
- feta (looks good on the beetroot)
- a couple slices of avocado
- a bread bun
JSK French dressing
- garlic cloves 8 into food processor and process
- lemon juice 150mls
- mustard grain 2 Tbsp
- oregano 2 tsps
- sweet basil 1 tsp
- salt and pepper
- good oil, 2 to 3 cups.
Add all ingredients except oil.
Process and add oil very very slow until mixed.
