This is a fun, simple recipe you can do with kids using our ice cream and a couple other ingredients

Ingredients:

·  6-cup muffin tin

·  12 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreo)

·  2 tablespoons unsalted butter

·  1 tub of your favourite Wooden Spoon Ice Cream

Method:

·  Remove your tub of Wooden Spoon ice cream from the freezer and set on the bench to soften slightly so that it's scoopable but not melting

·  Line the muffin tin with cupcake liners

·  Separate the icing from the chocolate sandwich cookies. Save the icing for another time and put the cookies in a resealable plastic bag.

·  Pound the cookies with a rolling pin until fine. Transfer to a small bowl.

·  Mix with the butter until well combined.

·  Evenly distribute the cookie crumble into the muffin tin and firmly press to form an even crust in each cup.

·  Using a small ice cream scoop, put one scoop of ice cream per liner and press with a spoon to fill.

·  Place the tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the ice cream is solid.

·  Remove liners

·  Enjoy!
