Grilled stone fruit with Crème Fraiche, Amaretto and marshmallows

  • Peaches with Pistachio Nuts Amertto2 peaches, sliced
  • 2 nectarines, sliced
  • 4 apricots, sliced
  • 2 plums, sliced
  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • 250gm Crème Fraiche
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto
  • zest and juice of an orange
  • 12-16 marshmallows


Place fruit in container suitable to bake (could be disposable aluminum).

Mix cane sugar, Crème Fraiche, Amaretto, orange zest and juice in a bowl and pour over fruit.

Place marshmallows on top and grill indirect for till marshmallows start to caramelize (approx 20 minutes).
