Equanut paleo bread

Pre heat oven to 180 celcius. oil loaf tin and line bottom of tin with baking paper. 

Clare's tip: I double this recipe and make 2 at a time. Slice them and put into the freezer.

Dry mix;

150 grams tapioca flour

150 grams almond (or soon...Equanut) meal :)

30 grams flaxseed ground

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

 

Wet mix;

3 x free range eggs

125 mls nut milk or plain unsweetened yoghurt

75 grams melted butter

1 x teaspoon apple cider vinegar

 

Mix wet into dry and mix well. Put into loaf tin and bake for half an hour to 45 minutes. When loaf is golden top and bottom its ready. 

 

I make x 2 loaves per week, slice them and put into the freezer.
