Dill, parsley and chive dip

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes / Serving Size: 1 small container worth

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs dill, chopped 
  • 1 Tbs Italian parsley, chopped 
  • 1 Tbs chives, chopped 
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until feta is whipped to a creamy consistency
     
  2. Serve.
