Chocolate Fondant - Flourless Chocolate Cake (gluten free)
- 225g dark chocolate
- 175g butter
- 300g caster sugar
- 8 eggs
- 300g cream
Preheat oven to 120°C.
Melt chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
Combine sugar and eggs together, add to chocolate mixture, mixing well.
Add cream and mix well.
Pour into a tin lined with silicon paper (baking paper) and bake in preheated oven until set.
